Defense Certified TEMPEST Electrical Engineer - Secret Clearance

• Lead TEMPEST engineering programs from design through certification
• Develop TEMPEST control plans, test plans, procedures, reports, and technical documentation
• Perform TEMPEST testing, troubleshooting, and compliance verification
• Support hardware design including grounding, isolation, cable design, PCB/CCA layout, and schematics
• Utilize SPICE and EMI/EMC simulation tools to analyze and predict TEMPEST performance
• Work closely with engineering teams, government agencies, customers, suppliers, and NSA representatives
• Mentor engineers and provide TEMPEST technical guidance

• Certified TEMPEST Professional (CTP Level 1 or Level 2)
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance (Top Secret preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Department of Defense or national security program experience
• Strong background in TEMPEST design, testing, certification, and compliance, * Knowledge of NSTISSAM, CNSSAM, SDIP-27, and DoD/DoE TEMPEST standards
• Strong understanding of electromagnetic theory, radiated and conducted emissions, RF grounding, shielding, and high-isolation design
• Experience using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, TEMPEST receivers, signal generators, and semi-anechoic chambers, * Are you a Certified TEMPEST Electrical Engineer?
• Do you have either an Active or Current (active in last 2 years) Secret Clearance or higher?
