Requirements

Key skills we’re looking for:5+ years experience within software development and AI related rolesStrong experience building GenAI / Applied AI solutionsHands-on with LLMs, AI Agents, Agentic Workflows & RAGProficiency in Python (TypeScript beneficial)Full-stack development with React, Next.js or SvelteAPI and backend development, including scalable microservicesExperience with SQL, NoSQL and Vector DatabasesCloud-native development on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and TerraformKnowledge of prompt engineering, model evaluation and AI safetyExperience building and deploying production-grade AI applications

Benefits & conditions

This is a permanent full time role with salary £150k - £175k per annum + 25% bonus.Location - London - hybrid (3-4 days pw in office requirement)
