Job description

Design end-to-end user journeys for AI-powered enterprise applications.
Create intuitive experiences for AI-generated insights, investor intelligence, and due diligence workflows.
Design workflow orchestration and visibility across complex loan origination processes.
Develop persona-based experiences for Banking, KYC, Risk, Legal, Credit, and Operations teams.
Produce wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to validate concepts and improve usability.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver user-centred solutions.
Design AI-assisted interactions including document generation, recommendations, search, analytics, and workflow progression.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer with a strong background in Banking/Financial Services and AI-powered digital products to join a leading consultancy delivering innovative solutions within the investment banking sector., * Strong commercial UX design experience within Banking or Financial Services.

Experience designing AI-powered or AI-assisted digital products.
Expertise in end-to-end UX design including journey mapping, workflow design, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
Experience designing complex enterprise applications and multi-persona user experiences.
Ability to simplify complex operational workflows into intuitive digital experiences.
Experience working within regulated environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Desirable Experience

Investment banking or capital markets experience.
Experience designing workflow platforms for lending, credit, or financial operations.
Familiarity with AI-generated content, conversational interfaces, or intelligent search experiences.
Consultancy experience delivering digital transformation programmes.
