Job description

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Full Stack Engineer in Westlake, TX., * Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web-based applications and digital solutions

  • Lead the delivery of new features and enhancements that improve user experience
  • Collaborate with agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to implement effective technical solutions
  • As a Full Stack Engineer, you will contribute to application architecture, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Mentor team members and promote engineering best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 6+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise application development
  • Strong experience with modern frontend and backend technologies
  • Experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, containerization, and DevOps practices
  • Familiarity with application monitoring, testing frameworks, and CI/CD processes
  • Proficiency developing web applications, APIs, and distributed services
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated team player with a passion for learning and innovation
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with accessibility standards, cloud deployments, and AI-assisted development tools is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
