Job description

We are looking for senior Java FS developer who has strong hands-on experience in QA automation and Spring Batch., * Technically strong in Java FS with Spring batch

  • Design, build, and own high-throughput Java/Spring Boot microservices
  • Lead Spring Batch job development for end-to-end pipelines
  • Develop secure REST integrations with external/internal systems, including OAuth2 client-credentials token flow, API retries, timeout strategies, and observability-friendly logging

  • Design, build, and own high-throughput Java/Spring Boot microservices for inbound data processing and enterprise integration workflows.
  • Lead Spring Batch job development for end-to-end pipelines (ingestion, validation, transformation, persistence, reconciliation, and status tracking.
  • Implement and optimize batch orchestration with restartability, idempotency, chunk processing, and robust error-handling patterns for production resilience.
  • Develop secure REST integrations with external/internal systems, including OAuth2 client-credentials token flow, API retries, timeout strategies, and observability-friendly logging.
  • Model and maintain relational data workflows in PostgreSQL, including schema-aware CRUD logic, transactional consistency, and query tuning for large-volume loads.
  • Build file/API-to-database synchronization processes and ensure data lineage across staging, audit, and target tables.
  • Define and enforce quality gates through BDD/integration automation (Cucumber + JUnit), including DB assertions, API response validation, and edge-case coverage.
  • Drive production readiness: health checks, exception taxonomy, failure diagnostics, alerting hooks, and runbook-quality operational behavior.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product, Data) to deliver reliable releases via Maven, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Mentor engineers through code reviews, architecture guidance, and engineering standards for maintainability, testability, and performance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on Java development with strong OOP, collections/concurrency basics, and clean code principles.
  • Deep expertise in Spring Boot and Spring Batch, including job/step configuration, readers/processors/writers, chunking, partitioning, and recovery strategies.
  • Strong experience building and consuming RESTful APIs with Spring (Web/WebFlux), including resilient integrations and secure service-to-service communication.
  • Proven SQL and PostgreSQL proficiency: complex queries, indexing fundamentals, transaction handling, and performance tuning for ETL-style workloads.
  • Experience with Spring Data JPA and JDBC Template for both ORM and query-driven data access patterns.
