5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with Python as a core language Strong hands?on track record productionalising complex AI/ML projects (LLMs, ML pipelines, agents, etc.) Deep understanding of the current AI ecosystem - frameworks, tooling, and emerging patterns Solid knowledge of cloud infrastructure and deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Proven ability to translate ambiguous business needs into robust, maintainable technical solutions Excellent communication skills with demonstrated experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders
