Job description

Experteer Overview As Technical Services Structures Engineer, you provide structural support for Seville operations and the Ryanair fleet.You will assess damage, determine rectification paths, and coordinate approvals with OEMs to maintain continuing airworthiness.Your work ensures compliance with EASA/IAA and leasing requirements while supporting maintenance records and SRM repairs development.This role offers exposure to cross-base collaboration, potential travel, and growth within a expanding team.Compensaciones / Beneficios- Review structural damage reports from checks and operational events- Perform damage assessment and determine best repair path- Develop repair options using available resources and fleet needs- Coordinate with Boeing/Airbus Service Engineering for repair approvals- Initiate inspections for continuing airworthiness requirements- Maintain high-standard structure repair records for compliance and fleet sales/returns- Collaborate with Boeing/Airbus Engineering to advance SRM repairs- Review Service Bulletins and ADs for fleet applicability- Occasional shift work and weekend coverageResponsabilidades- Aeronautical engineer with structures experience or graduate engineer with structures experience- Knowledge of or experience with B737NG/MAX and A320 is advantageous- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)- Proactive, capable of handling multiple priorities- Strong analytical, organizational and time management abilities- Effective communication skillsRequisitos principales- Permanent contract- Significant training opportunities- Competitive salary- Be part of a growing team- Opportunities for travel across bases

Requirements

Aeronautical engineer with structures experience or graduate engineer with structures experience

  • Knowledge of or experience with B737NG/MAX and A320 is advantageous
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Proactive, capable of handling multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical, organizational and time management abilities
