DescriptionRyanair are currently recruiting for a Airworthiness Directives & Mandatory Service Bulletins Engineer to join Europe’s Largest Airline!Technical Services support the Ryanair Group fleet of Boeing 737 and Airbus A320 aircraft by ensuring continuing airworthiness.One of the core Technical Services responsibilities is ensuring continued compliance with Airworthiness Directives (AD) and mandatory Service Bulletins (SB).Candidates for this important role need to be effective communicators capable of reviewing complex technical data and operate to the highest standard consistently.This role will be based in Ryanair’s Madrid office.The RolePerform weekly search for new EASA and FAA AD’s applicable to group fleet of 737 and A320 aircraft.Perform a weekly search for new Service Bulletins and Service Letters and issue notification to Technical Services for review.Initial review and AMOS setup of any new AD’s that are applicable.Liaise with Technical Services Section Managers on new AD’s applicable to their section.Monitor the process of AD setup per procedure with Technical Services sections from receipt to final Chief Engineer sign off.Chair monthly and quarterly group AD meeting with senior management.Draft and deliver presentations to explain complex AD’s as and when necessary.Review completed AD paperwork to ensure continued compliance and report back on AMOS.Act as point of contact with Line and Base Maintenance facilities on AD and SB related queries.Completion of Ad-Hoc projects assigned by the Deputy Director of Technical Services as and when required.RequirementsRelevant Engineering Degree and / or EASA Part 66 license.Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Technical Services / CAMO role - ideally with experience reviewing AD’s and SB’s.Technical Knowledge of the Boeing 737NG aircraft.Airbus A320 technical knowledge an advantage.Understanding of EASA Part M, Part CAMO and Part 145 rules.Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting to groups - including senior management.Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.AMOS MRO software competency is an advantage.Proven organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities at one time.Lateral thinker who can identify areas of potential improvement and provide solutions.BenefitsCompetitive salaryDiscounted and unlimited travel to over 230 destinations23 Days Annual LeaveUnrivalled career progressionCompetencies#J-*****-Ljbffr
Requirements
