Agile Delivery / Scrum Lead

1. · At least five (5) FTE years of experience in the last seven (7) years facilitating Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery teams. Can cite a maximum of 3 projects to meet the requirements. · At least three (3) FTE years of experience in the last seven (7) years serving as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, Agile Coach, or equivalent team-level delivery facilitator. Qualifying experience must include sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, impediment tracking, agile metrics, dependency follow-up, sprint-level coordination, and alignment of sprint execution with approved backlog items, release plans, acceptance criteria, and release baselines. Can cite a maximum of 2 projects to meet the requirements. · Possession of one (1) current Certified ScrumMaster, Professional Scrum Master, SAFe Scrum Master, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or equivalent Agile credential relevant to the proposed role. · At least one (1) CA DMV or other state DMV project involving motor vehicle, driver licensing, identification card, credentialing, driver services, or related DMV modernization activities. · Facilitated Agile or hybrid delivery on at least one (1) multi-team or multi-vendor project with cross-team dependencies, release-level coordination, blocker resolution, and dependency follow-up. · Facilitated Agile or hybrid delivery on at least one (1) phased implementation involving story points, release baselines, formal scope approval, and dependencies with IBM mainframe services, data, or batch processes.
