Requirements

We are looking for an Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) Consultant with hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud. The candidate should have expertise in configuring compensation plans, commissions, credits, earnings calculations, participant management, and reporting. Experience in Oracle Sales Performance Management (SPM), OTBI, BI Publisher, SQL, and integrations is preferred.
