Oracle Fusion Technical SME

• Provide technical expertise and support for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
• Work hands-on with Oracle HCM, Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, PPM, and GL.
• Design, develop, and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Develop and support REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Work with HDL (HCM Data Loader) for HCM data loads and integrations.
• Develop and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher reports.
• Write and troubleshoot SQL/PLSQL queries.
• Support configuration, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production issues.
• Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Participate in technical design, integration development, testing, and deployment activities.

We are looking for an Oracle Fusion Technical SME with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, PPM, GL, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). The ideal candidate should be technically strong with an 80% Technical / 20% Functional focus., * Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.

• Experience with Oracle HCM / Core HR, Benefits, and Payroll.
• Strong experience with OIC and Oracle integrations.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM reporting.
• Strong knowledge of HDL.
• Good SQL/PLSQL skills.
• Experience with Oracle GL and PPM.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with both technical and functional stakeholders.
