This position plays a critical role in shaping user experiences by bridging the gap between business objectives, technical feasibility, and end-user needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, accessible, and AI-powered interfaces that transform how people interact with complex systems and workflows. This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate ambiguity, collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, and deliver polished design solutions that balance innovation with practical implementation. The position demands someone who can think holistically about user journeys while maintaining attention to detail in visual and interaction design. Working at the intersection of design, product management, and engineering, this individual will have the opportunity to influence product direction and create meaningful experiences that prioritize user trust, transparency, and accessibility in an AI-driven landscape., * Engage with business development teams and customers early in the process to gain deep understanding of business problems and goals
- Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine design feasibility within time and cost constraints
- Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met
- Design AI-powered experiences including copilots, agents, and AI-assisted workflows with focus on trust, transparency, and user expectations
- Take ownership of end-to-end UX work from problem definition through design, iteration, and delivery
- Think holistically across user journeys, systems, and edge cases to create comprehensive solutions
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Research teams to transform ambiguous problems into clear, actionable designs
- Create flows, interactions, and solutions that address user problems while aligning with business goals
- Deliver high-quality, implementation-ready design artifacts within established design systems
- Refine designs based on feedback, testing, and new insights through iterative processes
- Communicate design rationale effectively to diverse stakeholders and leadership

Requirements
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience conducting applied design in a product or enterprise environment
- Proven experience designing AI-powered experiences or AI-assisted workflows
- Demonstrated experience designing complex workflows, internal tools, or enterprise experiences
- Experience working in collaborative product development environments with Product Management and Engineering teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, UX Research, Psychology, or related technical field
- User-informed design methodology incorporating both qualitative and quantitative research inputs
- Synthesis and storytelling capabilities to translate complex information into clear UX insights
- Strong interaction and visual design skills with attention to hierarchy, motion, and feedback
- Proficiency with modern design tools including Figma and testing platforms
- Experience with AI-enabled workflows and tools to accelerate exploration and iteration
- Systems thinking with ability to design beyond individual screens to complete user journeys
- Data-driven thinking and ability to translate research findings into actionable design solutions
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints simultaneously
- Understanding of accessibility principles and responsible design practices
- Time management and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of design systems and ability to deliver implementation-ready specifications
