Job description

  • Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for prototypes and applications.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, mock-ups, and design systems to support product development.
  • Ensure accessibility and responsive design across platforms (Web, Mobile, Desktop).
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to translate designs into functional code.
  • Improve user experiences across platforms to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Document design decisions based on business requirements.
  • Support internal staff through knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Continuously improve user interfaces with a focus on simplicity, usability, and design clarity.

Requirements

Essential

  • 4-6 years’ experience in applications development lifecycle
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
  • An online portfolio demonstrating UX/UI work
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design principles
  • Experience with HTML5, CSS/SaSS, and template engines
  • Familiarity with client-side and server-side JavaScript
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across business and technical teams Word]
  • Effective communication in English, both oral and written

Desirable

  • Experience working with AI tools to support the design process
  • Experience creating front-end code and collaborating with development teams
