Job description

Insight Global is seeking a Technical Lead for a leading manufacturing client. This hands-on leader will serve as the bridge between Solution Architects and Developers, driving technical direction, code quality, governance, and application delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, React, AWS, Docker, GitLab, and CI/CD, along with proven Tech Lead experience, and will remain actively involved in coding, mentoring developers, solving complex technical challenges, and supporting business-critical applications., * Java

Requirements

Leadership & Experience

8+ years of experience; 4/5 as a senior developer and 3/4 years a Tech lead
Experience providing technical leadership/governance
Must still be hands-on with development
