Trissential is partnering with a public-sector client to bring on a Modernization Implementation Lead to drive enterprise-wide operational transformation initiatives. Your Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate implementation activities supporting large-scale operational modernization initiatives
- Partner with leadership, business units, and IT teams to support rollout planning, readiness, and issue resolution
- Drive implementation and adoption of SEMA4 and Self-Service (PeopleSoft) workforce time entry processes
- Coordinate business process changes related to labor tracking, equipment usage, material usage, and work order management
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment and decision-making
- Develop rollout guidance, operational procedures, implementation tools, and regional support documentation
- Track progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions across multiple stakeholder groups
- Support position costing model activities through coordination with internal business and data teams
- Perform basic to intermediate data analysis, including Excel reporting and pivot tables, to support operational decisions
- Drive consistent implementation and adoption approaches across multiple regional offices
Requirements
Do you have experience in Workshop facilitation?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * 10+ years of experience leading large-scale implementation or modernization initiatives
- Strong project and program management experience with organizational change leadership
- Ability to work effectively in both waterfall and agile delivery environments
- Experience supporting enterprise ERP, payroll, workforce management, timekeeping, or financial system implementations
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and consensus-building skills
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and drive progress in complex, matrixed environments
- Hands-on experience developing implementation plans, rollout materials, and operational guidance
- Basic to intermediate data analysis skills, including Excel and pivot table reporting
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with PeopleSoft or similar enterprise workforce/time entry systems
- Public sector, transportation, infrastructure, or large operational workforce experience
- Experience working within shared-authority or matrix governance structures
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Public Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Project or change management certifications (PMP, Prosci, SAFe, or similar) are a plus

- Competitive Compensation - You choose the model that works best for you, both with company-sponsored benefits! $139,000-$149,000 annually or $86-$93 per hour. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
