IT support specialist /Technical /personal Assistant

Billing insurance companies and the state agency we work with, making sure the agency gets paid. Processing incoming communication and entering into our system. Helping the owner organize her schedule, keeping track of meetings/important dates. Doing research or giving her information while she is in the field. Filling out paperwork for our clients on her behalf. Helping manage/supervise her staff, training/recruiting new hires, delegating work, keeping tract of schedules.

We are seeking an extremely organized, reliable, responsible person to join our team and help a very busy social worker to run her small social work agency out of her home. Seeking students with advanced computers skills, Must have excellent computer skills, and excel, etc. Familiar with mac computers. Prefer STEM majors or graduates familiar with excel and various software programs using AI., Seeking a person who is a self-starter, has excellent communication, and has a can-do attitude. Ability to work independently without supervision, once trained.

$30 - $35 an hour - Part-time
