Job description

What if you could help reinvent the way an entire company works - with AI at the center of the change? You’ll join Microsoft’s Workforce Transformation team, the group defining what the ā€œFrontierā€ of AI-enabled work looks like across the enterprise. Here you’ll help lead the creation of Lighthouse pilots across key functions to test and prove frontier transformation practices, then scale the ones that work. You’ll partner across product, engineering, and business units to shape transformation the whole organization learns from.

As a Director, AI Transformation, you’ll architect large-scale change programs integrating AI tools to drive enterprise transformation, and translate the ā€œFrontierā€ vision and high-level strategy into executable roadmaps, frameworks, and delivery plans. You’ll establish governance structures and change-management practices to support adoption and sustainability, and codify learnings and best practice into playbooks and institutional capabilities. This opportunity will allow you to architect at scale enterprise-wide AI transformation, build deep expertise in change architecture and systems thinking, and mentor a growing community of program managers and change agents.
