  • Large-scale customer/data conversion experience

  • API and integration architecture experience
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills
  • Technical leadership without direct people management responsibilities

This individual will operate as a hands-on technical lead (approximately 80% coding) while helping drive one of the bank’s most visible modernization programs. They will work across 30+ teams and multiple banking platforms, coordinating migration efforts as customers are moved from legacy systems to next-generation digital banking platform.
