Experteer Overview In EY’s Global Tax Centre of Excellence, you will design and build agentic tax workflows powered by AI-ready data products, shaping scalable data architectures for tax platforms across markets.You will work at the intersection of tax domain knowledge, data engineering, and applied AI to deliver trusted, timely data and scalable agent deployments.Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you drive reusable patterns and governance that accelerate client transformations.This role offers hands-on impact on cutting-edge AI-driven tax processes within a global, diverse environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios- Design agentic tax workflows including task responsibilities, agent communications, human-in-the-loop models, and escalation/feedback mechanisms- Define reusable agent blueprints aligned to Lean task definitions- Apply advanced agentic design methodologies (e.G., Codex, Factory AI, GitHub Copilot)- Build AI-ready data marts with correct grain, lineage, and quality controls to support deterministic/probabilistic reasoning- Implement data ingestion/transformation from ERP systems, tax platforms, semi-structured documents, and external sources- Develop embedded governance and security for agents and workflows compatible with client governance models and Microsoft 365- Establish real-time controls and risk monitoring for agent deploymentsResponsabilidades- 6+ years in data architecture, data engineering, and analytics- Hands-on experience with SQL databases, data modelling, and large-scale data integration- Proficiency in programming languages (C++, Java, Python) and ML libraries (PyTorch, PySpark, scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers)- Experience with AI/ML or advanced analytics in production environments- Hands-on experience with modern data platforms and AI tools (Azure ML, Databricks, MLflow)- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and a continuous learning mindset- Advanced certifications in AI, ML, cloud computing or data engineering are advantageous- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent work experienceRequisitos principales- flexible environment- diverse and inclusive culture- globally connected teams
