The CoE seeks to architect reusable patterns and process blueprints to bootstrap scalability across all the EY Tax technology teams in all key markets. /p pYou will have an existing opportunity to stay on the leading edge of technology development and to contribute to the successful transformation of EY tax and its clients. /p h3Role Purpose /h3 pThe Data AI Specialist role is responsible for supporting the Data AI Leader of Agentic Tax Processes Platforms in the design, architecting and build of agentic tax workflows, underpinned by AI-ready data products and robust data engineering. /p pThis role sits at the intersection of: /p ul liTax domain understanding /li liData architecture and engineering /li liApplied AI and agent orchestration /li /ul pIt ensures that agents are fed with trusted, timely

well-structured data and are deployed in a way that scales across clients and platforms. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Agentic Workflow AI Design /h3 ul liDesign agentic workflows for tax processes, including: ul litask-level agent responsibilities /li liagent-to-agent communication patterns /li lihuman-in-the-Loop and escalation models /li lifeedback loops and agent performance monitoring and evaluations /li /ul /li liDefine reusable agent blueprints aligned to Lean-derived task definitions /li liApply leading edge agentic driven design and build methodologies eg. use of Codex, Factory ai, GitHub Copilot. /li /ul h3Data Architecture AI-Ready Data Products /h3 ul liBuild of AI-ready data marts that: ul liexpose tax data at the right grain /li limaintain lineage and quality controls /li lisupport deterministic and probabilistic reasoning /li /ul /li liBuild data ingestion and transformation from: ul liERP systems /li litax platforms /li lisemi-structured documents /li liexternal data sources /li /ul /li /ul h3Agent Governance Security /h3 ul liBuild embedded agent and workflow governance and security: ul liEnsure compatibility and integration with client’s governance models and technology (eg. Microsoft Agent 365) /li liDesign and embed real time controls and risk monitoring /li /ul /li /ul h3Required Experience Background /h3 ul li6+ years’ experience across data architecture, data engineering, and analytics including building SQL database, database designing and data modelling. /li liAdvanced certifications in AI, machine learning, cloud computing or data engineering are highly advantageous. /li liHands-on experience with modern data platforms and AI tooling such as Azure ML, Databricks, MLflow, LangChain, LangGraph. /li liStrong grounding in: ul lidata modelling /li lidata governance and quality /li lilarge-scale data integration /li /ul /li liHands-on experience applying AI/ML or advanced analytics in production environments /li liProficient in programming or scripting languages: for instance, C++, Java, Python and key ML libraries (e.g. PyTorch, PySpark, scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers). /li liExcellent problem-solving skills and unsatiable desire to learn and keep up with technology developments. /li liStrong critical thinking and analytical mindset in terms of taking abstract and complex concepts and being able to structure and translate them into clear insights, requirements and solutions. /li /ul h3Desirable Experience /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or equivalent work experience.
