Requirements

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology and/or Business Administration or similar areas Some years of work experience, preferably in the IT area Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel - e.g., pivot tables, XLOOKUP) Good understanding of application request processes and workflows ServiceNow experience is a plus Languages English - Fluent
