Job description
- As the Data Management Lead you will be responsible for establishing and managing data quality frameworks and processes to ensure that data is accurate, complete, and reliable.
- You will ensure all data management practices comply with regulatory and industry standards.
- You will implement systems and processes to capture and maintain comprehensive metadata and data lineage for key data assets.
- You will oversee enterprise MDM/RDM strategy implementation, ensuring that master data across key business domains (e.g., customers, policies, claims) is consistent and accurate across all systems.
- You will collaborate with enterprise data architecture, data delivery, and business teams to ensure that data management practices are embedded throughout the data lifecycle.
- You will work closely with IT and security teams to ensure that data is handled securely, protecting it from unauthorized access, breaches, and data loss.
Requirements
- To be successful in this role you will have good delivery experience to develop and execute roadmaps, and implementation plans.
- You will have experience in data quality, metadata, lineage, MDM/RDM strategies and regulatory compliance.
- You will have familiarity with data management platforms (e.g., Purview, Collibra, Informatica) and tools.
- You will have experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure) and data governance tools.
- You will have the ability to work with cross-functional teams to enforce and implement data management solutions.
- You will have Insurance domain knowledge.
