Job description
We are seeking highly motivated and skilled C++ Windows Development Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in developing and maintaining automated frameworks and infrastructure for our Windows-based applications.
The opportunity:

Design, develop, and maintain automated scripts and frameworks using C++ and scripting languages for Windows-based applications.

Integrate automated scripts into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure rapid feedback.

Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to define validation strategies.

Analyze results, identify defects, and resolve code related issues.

Maintain and improve the infrastructure

Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.

Utilize Jira to track bugs and report on validation progress.
-
Proactively identify opportunities to improve the development process and increase coverage.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on C++ and Windows platforms.

C++ (Proficient in modern C++ standards, including STL and object-oriented programming principles)

Windows API (Experience with Windows operating system internals and system-level programming)

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration

Debugging and Troubleshooting (Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving software defects)

Version Control (Proficiency with Git or other version control systems)

Excellent Communication skills (Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with different stakeholders) - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience using Jira for issue tracking, project management

$62,000-$93,000 life insurance, vision insurance, flexible benefit account, paid holidays, sick time, 401(k), retirement plan United States, Oregon, Hillsboro Jul 28, 2026 Role description, Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.
Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.
