Analyst / Junior Developer

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders

• Develop and maintain applications, scripts, and automation solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities

• Create and maintain clear technical and functional documentation

• Support data analysis and reporting needs using relevant tools and technologies

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, clarify requirements, and present findings

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization

UST is searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst / Junior Developer who brings a blend of analytical thinking, hands-on coding ability, and strong communication skills., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

• Hands-on coding experience in one or more languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, SQL)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to interact confidently with both technical teams and business stakeholders

• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Familiarity with Git/version control systems

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

• Basic understanding of APIs and integrations, python,version control systems,scrum methodology,cross functional
