Ai Engineer

2+ years of experiencein Python development focused onAI/ML or LLM applications. Experience buildingAI agentsusing frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI or similar, plus solid understanding of agentic patterns (ReAct, plan?and?execute, tool usage, human?in?the?loop) or a strong motivation to learn and develop these capabilities quickly. Hands?on exposure toRAG pipelines(chunking, embeddings, vector indexing, retrieval, re?ranking) and experience working inAWS serverless environments(Lambda, Step Functions, Bedrock). Fluency in English and Spanish. Soft skills & Mindset High learning agility Strong ownership mindset: proactive, reliable, and able to deliver high?quality work under changing priorities. Clear communication: able to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. Critical thinking & adaptability: analytical, solution?oriented, and comfortable navigating complex problems in dynamic environments.
