They ensure our support teams have reliable, high-performance tools to track cases and provide best-in-class customer success globally.The OpportunityDesign and develop autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems, leveraging modern frameworks and cloud-native architectures.Shape how the team designs and implements agents that orchestrate business workflows, consume information from a business knowledge base, and propose intelligent actions that solve real operational problems.Develop and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines tailored to IT operations and AIOps use cases and integrate AI agents with external tools and systems.Implement observability, tracing, and evaluation mechanisms for AI agents.Collaborate with product teams to define: Use cases, Acceptance criteria and Quality metrics for AI-driven solutions.Tech StackLangGraph
