Job description
This is a rare opportunity to lead and define how a leading B2B technology organisation communicates complex solutions to the market. Combining strategy, insights and hands-on execution, you’ll own content direction, solution messaging and full-funnel content programmes that drive awareness, engagement and pipeline growth.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and evolve Sharp’s technical content strategy, messaging frameworks and content roadmap.
- Create compelling content across blogs, articles, case studies, guides, campaigns, webinars and thought leadership assets.
- Translate complex technology topics including ERP, Business Applications, AI, Cyber Security and Digital Transformation into engaging customer-focused content.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing and Technical SMEs to ensure content is accurate, relevant and commercially impactful.
- Drive SEO and AI/LLM content optimisation using performance insights and best practice.
- Establish content standards, governance and best practice across the wider team.
- Collaborate with external agencies and partners to deliver high-quality content aligned to brand and business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Technical Content, Senior Content Marketing or a similar B2B technology-focused role.
- Experience developing content strategies and full-funnel programmes that support lead generation, customer journeys and pipeline growth.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling and editorial skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Experience working closely with technical stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing and content performance best practices.
- Knowledge of ERP and Business Applications solutions, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, commercial awareness and a strategic mindset.
- A proactive, curious and adaptable approach with a passion for technology and content.
