With Soldo, budgeting, payments, reporting and reconciliation are simple and efficient., The Business Intelligence Analyst will support Soldo’s Business Intelligence function in delivering accurate, reliable, and actionable data products across the business. Working closely with the Head of Business Intelligence, you will contribute to a broad range of BI activities, including recurring reporting automation, dashboard development, data quality checks, metric documentation, stakeholder analysis, and advanced analytics projects. Requirements

  • Experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Analytics Engineering, or a similar data-focused role.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience querying, joining, and validating structured datasets.
  • Experience building dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Metabase, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and investigate data independently.
  • Good understanding of data quality, metric definitions, reporting logic, and documentation best practices.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and using them effectively for analysis, validation, and stakeholder-facing outputs.
  • High attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
  • Curious about how businesses operate and motivated to understand the context behind the data.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain analysis clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders., * Experience working in SaaS, fintech, B2B technology, or a scaling business
  • Experience with Python, dbt, data modelling, data warehouses, or advanced analytics techniques is advantageous
