Job description

We’re hiring an in-house Ecommerce Specialist to own the day-to-day running of our online sales channels, eBay, amazon and Shopify. This is a hands-on execution role focused on listings, catalogue quality, pricing accuracy, and inventory system management. You’ll be the person physically in the office making sure our online storefronts are accurate, optimized, and running smoothly., eCommerce Management:

  • Manage daily of our online stores operations
  • Oversee eBay and Amazon account performance and listing health
  • Monitor product availability and ensure pricing accuracy
  • Coordinate new product launches and listing uploads
  • Improve product catalogue quality over time

Marketplace Listings & SEO

  • Maintain and improve eBay listings: titles, descriptions, specifications, images
  • Apply eBay SEO best practices to improve search visibility and ranking
  • Remove duplicate or outdated listings
  • Keep product images accurate and up to date (photo editing skills a plus)

Systems - Zoho Inventory

  • Manage and maintain Zoho Inventory
  • Ensure stock levels and product data are accurate and up to date
  • Flag and resolve data quality issues in the system

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing eBay and/or Shopify listings, ideally in a product-based business
  • Understanding of SEO and what drives listing visibility/ranking
  • Comfortable working with inventory management systems (Zoho experience a strong plus, not essential)
  • Good eye for product presentation - photo editing skills helpful
  • Organised, detail-oriented, able to manage a high volume of listings accurately
  • Self-sufficient - able to own this side of the business day-to-day with minimal oversight once trained, * E-commerce: 2 years (required)
