Job description

We’re looking for a versatile AI Engineer to join our healthcare innovation team and help build intelligent tools that improve patient care, streamline clinical workflows, and support legal and operational reporting. This is a hands-on role with immediate impact-ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can jump in with minimal ramp-up.

This role directly supports clinicians, legal teams, and operational leaders by transforming raw data into actionable insights. You’ll be building tools that make healthcare smarter, faster, and more human-centered.

Requirements

Experience with large language models (Gemini, LLaMA, ChatGPT)

Strong Python development skills

Hands-on experience with machine learning, especially logistic regression and predictive analytics

Cloud development expertise-Azure preferred

Familiarity with healthcare data, EMRs, and payer communications Experience with Snowflake for AI-driven data operations

Proficiency in Apache Spark for data automation and manipulation
