Job description
Job Description: Partner with Marketing and IT stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities. Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements. Work closely with architects, analysts, and technical teams to ensure solutions align with business needs. Support migration activities associated with the organization’s evolving technology stack.
Base Compensation Range: 82,500 - 130,000, Collaborate closely with multiple Product Owners supporting related initiatives. Communicate roadmap priorities, delivery status, risks, and dependencies. Coordinate sequencing of migration activities across teams to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
Delivery & Quality Assurance
Validate delivered solutions against business requirements and acceptance criteria. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release planning activities. Monitor progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies.
Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in relevant field with 6- 8 years of relevant experience
Agile Delivery Leadership
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including:
Sprint Planning Backlog Refinement Daily Stand-ups Sprint Reviews
