Job description

The HRIS Analyst is responsible for maintaining and organizing human resources information within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This includes daily maintenance tasks, creating and running reports, overseeing workflow management and providing support to local system administrators.

Your role on the team:

  • Makes updates, modifications and changes to modules within the HRIS system (UKGPRO and WFM Workforce Management)
  • Maintains system security across both systems; including monitoring, testing, and auditing users and roles, as well as setting up organizational levels, business rules, tables, and business rules codes.
  • Supports integrations with other systems and vendors.
  • Develops and deploys queries, reports and dashboards through people analytics (Cognos) to meet business data requirements.
  • Maintains system security, including, monitoring, testing and auditing users and roles as well as the setup of organizational levels, business rules tables and codes.
  • Conducts process and workflow reviews in both systems and recommends improvements; suggests solutions or alternate methods to support business processes.
  • Supports new import templates, documents processing notes and provides support to end-users in mass updates
  • Deploys system enhancements and configurations, including testing new features and system upgrades
  • Monitors and audits workflow progress and troubleshoots as necessary
  • Provides assistance to all local system admins with, errors, general system usage and other issues that are handled internally
  • Performs scheduled activities, including off-hours maintenance and support

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in HR data analytics and/or data management; experience with cloud-based HRIS, UltiPro preferred
  • Knowledge of human resources policies and procedures
  • Performs work under general supervision. Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter.
  • Hands-on experience administering and supporting UKG Pro, UKG Workforce Management (WFM), and Oracle HCM/Payroll systems is required.
  • Strong knowledge of integrated HRIS platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proven experience managing multiple HRIS projects simultaneously, including system implementations, enhancements, testing, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze business requirements, troubleshoot system issues, and develop effective HR technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of HR data security, system governance, and the handling of confidential employee information.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities while managing competing deadlines.

Or, if Oracle experience is preferred rather than mandatory:

  • Required: Hands-on experience with UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management (WFM).
  • Preferred: Experience supporting Oracle HCM and/or Oracle Payroll implementations and integrations.
