Job description

As a Systems Engineer III, you will:

Provide critical expertise to ensure complex systems remain functional and aligned with stakeholder needs
Support system operability across concept, design, build, test, deployment, and disposal
Translate technical, cost, and schedule constraints into complete system solutions
Perform system planning, integration, verification, and validation
Conduct functional and trade studies, timeline analysis, and interface definition to convert requirements into clear technical specifications
Work as part of a motivated team to support mission success

Requirements

One of the following is required:

PhD + 0 years experience
Master’s + 3 years experience
Bachelor’s + 5 years experience

TECHNICAL PROFICIENCIES Languages: Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Docker, Ansible ️ Tools & Platforms: Linux, GitLab, Maven, Gradle ️ Dev Practices: Agile, Test-Driven Development (Junit, Selenium)

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) using CAMEO (preferred tool) Experience collaborating with software developers Ability to develop and describe knowledge-based technical solutions-highlighting the problem, technical approach, and key benefits like cost savings, efficiency, or time reduction
