IT Associate Travel Company

We’re hiring an experienced IT Associate to provide onsite technical support for a fast-paced travel company. This role is ideal for someone with prior IT support experience in a Travel TMC or travel agency who enjoys solving technical issues and delivering excellent customer service., * Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, network, and VPN issues

• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and user accounts
• Manage help desk tickets and escalate issues when needed
• Support employee onboarding/offboarding, workstation setup, and equipment deployment
• Maintain IT inventory and assist with system updates
• Deliver responsive, professional support to internal employees, * Briefly describe your IT support experience within the travel industry, including the travel agency or TMC where you worked and the systems or technologies you supported.

• 2-3 years of IT support experience within a travel agency or TMC required
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, VPN, Wi-Fi, and IT ticketing systems
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
• Active Directory, remote support tools, and cybersecurity awareness are a plus

• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel to branch offices as needed, * Do you have at least 2 years of IT support experience working for a travel agency or Travel Management Company (TMC)?, o Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) o Windows Operating Systems o Active Directory o VPN/Remote Access o IT Ticketing Systems o None of the above
