- Responsible for providing first-line technical support to our clients via phone, email, and remote tools in a fast-paced multi-client environment
- Manage and support customer networks, equipment, and services
- Respond to support tickets via RMM / PSA Systems within SLA time frames
- Develop customer relationships through excellent customer service
- Document issues and solutions via ticketing and internal knowledge base
- Follow documented SOPs and contribute to process improvement
- Onboard and offboard users following the documented process
- Collaborate with staff, customers, and vendors
- Additional tasks assigned by your manager

- Basic understanding of Network Fundamentals
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity best practices
- Basic OS knowledge (Mac and Windows)
- Basic understanding of email products (Google Workspace and M365)
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively
- Ability to read and write technical documentation and follow a checklist
- Have a passion for teamwork and problem-solving
- Effectively balances independent work and teamwork to drive results
- Strong desire to learn and to grow your technical skill set
- Must be well-spoken, detail-oriented, dependable, and flexible
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Frequent standing, sitting, bending, lifting, and walking are required
- As needed, perform on-site to client locations
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required), * Previous Managed Service Provider experience
- Has a personal interest in IT outside of work
- Experience with ConnectWise, Automate, and other MSP tools
- Industry certifications, such as Microsoft or CompTIA
- Experience with Microsoft Windows products in a business setting
- Experience with Apple products in a business setting

Schedule:
- We need coverage for after-hours and weekend shifts. (7PM - 7AM)
- (4) x 10 Hour Shifts or (3) x 12 Hour Shifts
