Senior Java Developer

As a Senior Java Developer , you will make an impact by designing and developing scalable, high-performance backend solutions that support critical business applications. You will be a valued member of the engineering team and work collaboratively with architects, product owners, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver innovative cloud-native solutions., * Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and modern microservices architectures.

• Build scalable REST APIs and event-driven services for enterprise applications.
• Develop cloud-native solutions leveraging reactive programming frameworks and distributed systems.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to drive technical design, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure application reliability, security, performance, and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, testing activities, and engineering best practices.
• Leverage Generative AI tools to enhance productivity and software development processes.

• 7+ years of experience developing enterprise backend applications using Java/J2EE.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and reactive programming frameworks.
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs and microservices-based applications.
• Experience with messaging technologies, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or other NoSQL/document databases.
• Familiarity with security principles and modern authentication and authorization protocols.
• Experience with software development tools such as Git, Jenkins, Jira, and Confluence.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience using Generative AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, or similar AI-assisted development platforms.
• Experience developing applications using Kotlin.
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks.

The annual salary for this position depends on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
