You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders across claims, underwriting, actuarial, and other business areas to transform large, complex datasets into actionable insights that drive business decisions. • Extensive experience working with relational databases (such as Microsoft SQL Server) and cloud-based data warehouses (such as Snowflake).
• Advanced SQL skills for data retrieval, transformation, and analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

• This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 3 days per week in our St. Louis Corporate Office, located at 1832 Schuetz Rd. Saint Louis, MO. All employees are required to submit work from home requests and follow our Work From Home policy, which will be provided to all candidates selected to interview., * Experience with generative AI solutions and integrating them into workflows to improve operational efficiency and solve business problems.
• Familiarity with insurance-specific data sources, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

In our vision to be First with Co-Workers, compensation is only one piece of the comprehensive total rewards package we offer. The target base salary range for this position is $116,500 to $150,500. Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location.
