Job description

The IT Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities for technology-related categories, including IT software, SaaS, hardware, and professional services. The role involves developing sourcing strategies, leading supplier selection initiatives, negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and driving cost savings while mitigating business risk., * Lead IT sourcing and procurement initiatives for software, SaaS, hardware, and technology services.

Manage vendor selection, supplier relationships, and procurement strategies.
Conduct RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and service agreements.
Manage IT contract lifecycle and supplier performance.
Process purchase orders and support enterprise technology procurement projects.

Requirements

3+ years of IT Procurement / Strategic Sourcing experience
Strong IT Contract Management experience (Must Have)
Experience negotiating:
MSA (Master Service Agreements)
SOWs (Statements of Work)
SaaS Agreements
Software License Agreements
Service Agreements
Experience with software, SaaS, and IT services procurement
Vendor and supplier management
RFP/RFI/RFQ management
Experience with Ariba or other Procure-to-Pay (P2P) tools
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Supply Chain or Business-related degree
Automotive industry experience, * IT procurement: 2 years (Required)
IT Contract management: 2 years (Required)
RFP/RFI/RFQ management: 2 years (Required)
Procure-to-Pay (P2P) tools: 2 years (Required)
