What You’ll Do

• Complete maintenance repairs in occupied and vacant rental units
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances
• Perform basic electrical repairs including switches, outlets, fixtures, and ceiling fans
• Perform plumbing repairs including faucets, toilets, disposals, drains, and supply lines
• Complete carpentry tasks such as door adjustments, trim work, hardware installation, and minor framing repairs
• Identify maintenance issues during inspections and recommend solutions
• Work efficiently to meet turnover deadlines without sacrificing quality
• Coordinate with office daily needs while in the field to include appointment reschedules, parts needs, no-shows, etc., No two maintenance problems are ever exactly the same. One day you’re diagnosing an appliance issue, the next
