Handyman Technician Wanted - Must be experienced

Perform a variety of commercial maintenance and repair services, including:

• Drywall, patching, painting, and finish work
• Carpentry and cabinetry repairs
• Commercial doors, closers, panic hardware, and locks
• Ceiling tile and suspended ceiling grid repairs
• Flooring repairs, including ceramic tile, VCT, and cove base
• Light plumbing, including faucets, toilets, and flushometers
• Light electrical, including lighting, ballasts, switches, and receptacles
• Caulking, grouting, and general finish work
• Framing, FRP, concrete and asphalt patching, fencing, and other general repairs
• Troubleshooting maintenance issues and completing repairs independently

Experience in every trade listed above is not required. We are looking for reliable technicians with solid all-around maintenance skills, strong troubleshooting abilities, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Experience:

• Maintenance: 3 years (Required)

• $20-$26 per hour based on experience
