Perform a variety of commercial maintenance and repair services, including:
- Drywall, patching, painting, and finish work
- Carpentry and cabinetry repairs
- Commercial doors, closers, panic hardware, and locks
- Ceiling tile and suspended ceiling grid repairs
- Flooring repairs, including ceramic tile, VCT, and cove base
- Light plumbing, including faucets, toilets, and flushometers
- Light electrical, including lighting, ballasts, switches, and receptacles
- Caulking, grouting, and general finish work
- Framing, FRP, concrete and asphalt patching, fencing, and other general repairs
- Troubleshooting maintenance issues and completing repairs independently
Experience in every trade listed above is not required. We are looking for reliable technicians with solid all-around maintenance skills, strong troubleshooting abilities, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

We are looking for dependable professionals to perform maintenance and repair work at offices, restaurants, retail stores, and other commercial facilities. You’ll work independently in a company-provided service vehicle while being supported by an experienced office team.
No contractor’s license is required., * Minimum 3 years of handyman, maintenance, facilities, or construction experience
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Comfortable operating a full-size service van
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Comfortable using a smartphone to manage work orders and documentation
- Authorized to work in the United States

Experience:
- Maintenance: 3 years (Required)
