Job description

  • Greet and check in patients while providing outstanding customer service.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
  • Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments.
  • Maintain, organize, and update patient medical records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Enter and retrieve patient information using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
  • Verify patient demographics and insurance information.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, faxing, and document management.
  • Assist with correspondence and office communication using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies regarding patient information.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Front Medical Office Administrator / Medical Records Coordinator to support the daily operations of a busy healthcare office. The ideal candidate will have current front medical office and medical records experience, excellent administrative skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is a long-term assignment requiring strong computer proficiency and exceptional organizational skills., * Current experience in a Front Medical Office or Medical Reception role.

  • Current experience managing medical records.
  • Strong administrative and front office experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems is highly preferred.
  • Excellent computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Reliable, professional, and interested in a long-term assignment., * Medical receptionist: 1 year (Required)
  • EHR systems: 1 year (Required)
