Senior Full Stack Developer

This is an opportunity to join a small, highly collaborative engineering team where you’ll help shape architecture, influence technical decisions and take ownership of features from concept through to deployment. You’ll work directly alongside the Lead Software Engineer in a role where your ideas will genuinely influence the direction of the platform-not disappear into a team of 50 developers.

Initially, you’ll focus on enhancing an established platform used by thousands of people across the UK, while helping to build new products as the organisation continues to invest in technology and expand its digital capabilities.

• Commercial experience building modern full stack applications
• Strong JavaScript / TypeScript and Node.js expertise
• Experience with Vue.js, React or similar frontend frameworks
• Experience working with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
• Exposure to AWS and cloud-based applications
• A passion for writing clean, maintainable and scalable code
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a small, product-focused engineering team
