Job description

  • Managing and progressing technical support cases through Microsoft Dynamics
  • Working closely with workshops and stakeholders to drive case resolution
  • Producing KPI reports and analysing performance trends
  • Creating, maintaining, and enhancing Qlik Sense and Power BI dashboards
  • Analysing data from multiple sources to provide actionable business insights
  • Monitoring recall campaign performance and reporting progress to management
  • Supporting quality reporting processes and liaising with production plants
  • Managing pipeline orders, back-orders, and dispatch issues
  • Resolving invoice and finance-related queries
  • Preparing and distributing daily Excel reports
  • Acting as a key contact for delivery and collection enquiries
  • Collaborating with Technical Support, Logistics, Sales, and other business functions

Requirements

Are you a data-driven problem solver with a passion for analysis, reporting, and delivering exceptional support? Do you enjoy turning complex data into meaningful insights while collaborating with a dynamic team? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you., * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Advanced Excel skills, including VBA/Macro creation (desirable)
  • Experience using Qlik Sense and/or Power BI
  • Data management and reporting experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Basic understanding of commercial vehicles (desirable)
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
