Job description
- Supporting effective governance processes and helping keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.
- Helping safeguard sensitive information and support strong data protection practices across the organisation.
- Working with suppliers to ensure standards, risks and compliance requirements are being effectively managed.
- Contributing to initiatives that help protect the organisation from cyber threats and strengthen our security posture.
- Turning data and insights into clear, meaningful reports that support informed decision-making.
- Supporting audits, compliance checks and assurance activities to help maintain high standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Taking on a range of other relevant tasks and projects, gaining valuable experience across governance, risk, compliance and security.
Requirements
- Previous experience in compliance tasks.
- Experienced in working in a processed heavy role.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and comfortable using digital tools to manage information, documents and day-to-day tasks.
- Confident managing multiple tasks, deadlines and competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of work.
- Experience maintaining accurate records, reports or compliance documentation, with a commitment to quality and consistency.
- Able to work independently, use initiative and handle sensitive or confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
