This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their career within cloud technologies while working in a fast-paced, supportive MSP environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting a wide range of clients, delivering outstanding technical support and helping to maintain modern Microsoft 365 environments.

The Role

Working as part of an experienced technical team, you’ll provide remote support to clients via telephone, email and remote access tools, taking ownership of incidents through to resolution.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing 2nd Line technical support to a diverse client base.
  • Supporting Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune and Entra ID.
  • Troubleshooting Windows 10/11 operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Diagnosing hardware, software and networking issues.
  • Building, configuring and deploying PCs and laptops.
  • Managing Microsoft Intune device deployments.
  • Resolving malware and security-related issues.
  • Assisting with Microsoft 365 migrations, onboarding projects and infrastructure deployments.
  • Delivering excellent customer service while working to agreed SLAs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have:

  • 2-3 years’ experience within a 2nd Line Support or MSP environment.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting experience.
  • Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office.
  • Good understanding of networking fundamentals and internet connectivity.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to manage support issues through to completion.
  • A full UK driving licence is preferred.

Benefits & conditions

  • Competitive salary dependent on experience.
  • 37.5-hour working week (Monday-Friday).
  • Opportunity to work towards hybrid working in the future.
  • Ongoing exposure to Microsoft cloud technologies.
  • Supportive team environment with genuine career progression.
  • Opportunity to work on Microsoft 365 migrations and infrastructure projects.

If you’re looking to take the next step in your IT career and join a business that invests in its people, we’d love to hear from you.
