Job description
You’ll lead the delivery of a large-scale website transformation programme, taking ownership of the web product roadmap, leading multidisciplinary teams and working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver an outstanding digital experience.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead a major web and CMS transformation programme.
- Own the website product roadmap and delivery.
- Improve customer journeys using data and user insight.
- Lead internal teams and external digital agencies.
- Drive stakeholder engagement across Marketing and Technology.
- Champion product-led ways of working and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience leading enterprise web or digital transformation programmes.
- Strong Digital Product or Product Management background.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder environments.
- Proven leadership of multidisciplinary digital teams.
- Experience working with CMS platforms and digital agencies.
- A data-driven approach to improving digital performance. *
Higher Education experience isn’t essential. We’re keen to hear from candidates who have delivered digital transformation within complex organisations across sectors such as retail, healthcare, charity or the public sector.
