Job description
Supporting the business units with issues in the daily mainly SAP operation, standardising and an ongoing development of processes as well as a proactively participation in shaping sustainable solutions for the future.
- Provide support for SAP S/4 standards within the SD module environment and adjacent areas, including add-ons and related systems.
- Participation in rollouts and upgrade projects (national/international).
- Supporting the business units in trainings.
- Document template processes as well as local developments.
- Maintaining in-house developments and enhancements of LAPP as well as their permanent development and optimization in the SD module.
- Collaboration with external service providers and developers and their coordination.
- Compliance with Service Level Agreements according to defined guidelines of the applicable - Service Level Agreements, Corporate Directives and Process Instructions of IT-Services.
Requirements
- Strong professional experience in supporting SAP S/4 SD module including customizing,
- Successful completion of a degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable professional degree,
- Process knowledge in the SAP SD module a related interface (add-ons, modules, systems)
- Experience in working with global IT centers, global environment,
- Understanding of business processes in OTC,
- ABAP programming knowledge is an advantage,
- Fluency in business English,
- Project Management skills and analytical thinking.
