You will report directly to our Sr Software Engr Manager out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F., * Design, develop, and maintain core Flight Management software supporting next-generation avionics systems.
- Implement high-quality software solutions that meet performance, security, and reliability requirements.
- Participate in requirements and code reviews, contributing ideas that improve software quality and development practices.
- Collaborate with systems, hardware, test, and certification teams to deliver integrated software solutions.
- Support software integration, testing, and debugging in laboratory environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects across the development and integration lifecycle
- Continually grow your technical skills while applying industry standards and aerospace best practices.

Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- Academic, internship, project or professional experience in software development
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C+ WE VALUE
- Advanced degrees in Computer Science or related fields.
- Object-oriented programming skills is of value.
- Experience in developing software for embedded systems is of value
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development
