Analyse test data and correlate experimental results with simulations. Investigate performance limitations and drive continuous design improvements. Support system integration activities alongside optics, electronics and manufacturing teams. Contribute to intellectual property development and future technology roadmaps. Requirements: Master’s degree or PhD in MEMS Engineering, Microsystems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Experience designing MEMS devices through industrial development or academic research. Strong understanding of MEMS physics and semiconductor fabrication processes. Experience using MEMS simulation and modelling tools. Proficiency with COMSOL Multiphysics, MATLAB and L-Edit (or similar layout tools).
