SAP Basis Administrator

· Provides day-to-day SAP Basis support including system monitoring, incident response, user administration, transport execution, and technical troubleshooting.

· Responsible for system health monitoring, incident triage and resolution, user/authorization administration, transport execution, system maintenance, documentation updates, and escalation management.

· Delivers incident resolution documentation, system health reports, user administration records, transport logs, maintenance records, and support documentation.

· Critical capabilities include SAP Basis fundamentals, system monitoring, incident management, user administration, transport execution, technical troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

· SAP Basis - 7+ years

· SAP Basis Administration - 7+ years, · SAP Basis Administration experience in Federal Gov’t program environments.

· Previous / current Public Trust clearance or higher

Must be US Cit to qualify for passing the Public Trust Security clearance for working at this particular Federal Gov’t Agency.
